Description

The HDA double-acting cylinder series is engineered for exceptional versatility and strength, making it ideal for demanding lifting tasks, industrial maintenance, heavy construction, press operations, and continuous-use production environments. The double-acting functionality delivers powerful retraction force and allows for quick, precise return strokes. Models up to 203 tonnes are equipped as standard with flat saddles, threaded piston rods, and collar threads. Larger models from 326 tonnes upward are supplied with a replaceable tilting saddle, but without piston rod or collar threads. Custom stroke and tonnage configurations can be made available on request.

• Built-in overload protection via internal annular area valve

• Nitrocarburised piston rod for durability

• Low-friction bearing elements for smooth operation

• Lifting rings standard on 50–109 tonne models

• Eyebolts standard on 152–1012 tonne models

• Base mounting holes included (*for cylinder placement only—not for supporting full load capacity)
