HTN Series Metric Top Collar Hydraulic Nuts – Permanent Bolt Tensioning Solution

The HTN series hydraulic nuts are engineered for applications that require frequent joint disassembly for inspection or maintenance. Unlike traditional bolt tensioners, these hydraulic nuts are designed to remain permanently installed, replacing the standard hex nut on one side of a bolted assembly.

By applying initial bolt tension or elongation hydraulically, and then mechanically locking it in place with an integrated load retaining collar, the HTN series offers a secure, long-lasting, and efficient tensioning solution.
