Hydraulic Bolt Tensioners for Topside Applications – Imperial Range

Engineered for efficient topside bolt tightening, this range of imperial hydraulic bolt tensioners features a single-acting design with a spring-assisted piston return. This reduces manual effort and significantly speeds up bolt tensioning cycles by enabling automatic piston retraction once pressure is released—eliminating the need for manually unwinding the threaded puller.

Designed for use with bolt sizes from 1¼” to 4” in diameter, this robust series includes 22 models and is compatible with interchangeable threaded pullers and nut rotating sockets, available either as individual components or bolt size conversion kits.

Each unit is precision-manufactured from high-grade alloy steel and features a nitrocarburised piston, a visible stroke indicator, and dual quick-connect couplers for simple setup across multiple tensioners. With a maximum operating pressure of 1500 bar, these tensioners are built to handle the most demanding flange bolting tasks.
