The Hi-Force SBT series of metric hydraulic bolt tensioners is purpose-built for topside operations, offering high performance and reduced cycle times. Featuring a spring-assisted piston return, this design eliminates the need for manual piston retraction—once hydraulic pressure is released, the piston automatically returns, streamlining the bolt tensioning process.

This comprehensive range includes 26 models suitable for standard bolt sizes from M30 to M100 in diameter. Designed for versatility, SBT tensioners can be paired with a wide variety of interchangeable threaded pullers and nut rotating sockets, which are available as conversion kits or individual components to adapt to multiple bolt sizes.
