SLF Pumps

Description

The SLF range is designed for the precise lifting and lowering of heavy loads using multiple synchronized hydraulic cylinders. The system includes a heavy-duty three-phase electric motor, an operator control panel capable of monitoring up to 8 channels, and a robust framework for easy transportation and storage.

The SLF system allows control from 4 to 8 lifting points and can be customized to meet specific lifting requirements. Tailored systems can also be developed for unique applications.

• Working pressure: 700 bar

• Control from 4 to 8 lifting points

• Compatible with standard single or double-acting cylinders

• High-efficiency three-phase motor

• Selection of outlet valves, including 3-way and 4-way valve configurations

• 700 bar pressure transducers fitted on each outlet as standard

• Reservoir capacity: 100 litres for 4-outlet pump, 200 litres for 6-outlet and 8-outlet pumps

• Intuitive touch screen controller with display options for stroke length, cylinder load, or total load

• String pot sensors as standard (alternatives available on request)

• Operating modes: Manual Lift/Lower, Automatic Lift/Lower, Automatic Preload
