SLV Pumps

Description

The SLV range is designed for the precise lifting and lowering of heavy loads using multiple synchronized hydraulic cylinders. The system features a heavy-duty three-phase electric motor, an operator control panel that monitors up to 32 channels, and a durable framework for transportation and storage.

The SLV system allows control from 8 to 32 lifting points and can be customized to meet specific lifting requirements. Tailored systems are also available for unique applications.

• High-efficiency three-phase variable speed drive motor

• Two-stage pump delivering up to 19.6L at low pressure and up to 4.8L at 700 bar, with an option to reduce the flow rate via the variable speed drive controller

• Selection of outlet valves with single or double-acting controls for each outlet

• 700 bar pressure transducers fitted as standard on each outlet

• Reservoir capacity: 200 litres for 8-outlet, 400 litres for 16, 24, and 32-outlet models

• Intuitive touch screen controller with display options for stroke length, cylinder load, total load, and center of gravity

• System data logging feature for post-lift reports or end-of-project technical summaries

• String pot sensors as standard (alternatives available on request)
