TL Jacking

Description

The ToughLift jacking system is designed to offer the easiest and safest method for lifting material haulers in the mining and construction industries, as well as locomotives in the railway sector, especially during critical maintenance and repair work. Capable of lifting even the largest earth haulers, the ToughLift system is available in lifting capacities of 50, 100, 150, and 200 tonnes.

• High-speed 3-stage pump unit for faster advance and retract times, both under load and no load

• Solid tyres standard, with an option for pneumatic tyres

• Longer, robust 4-position lifting handle design for increased leverage and manoeuvrability (available on 100, 150, and 200 tonne models)

• Air-driven models feature an integral airline filter, lubricator, and pressure regulator unit, with an optional auto-drain unit available

• Push-button remote hand pendant controller with 5-meter control cable

• Tilting saddles fitted as standard across all models
